Zack Ryder Confirms He Is Undergoing Knee Surgery Today In Alabama
As expected, Zack Ryder will need to undergo surgery to repair an injury he suffered this week.
Ryder, one-half of The Hype Bros tag-team, became the number one contenders to the SmackDown Tag-Team Titles by winning the Number 1 contender battle royal on Tuesday’s episode of SmackDown Live. He suffered an injury in the match and will be underdoing knee surgery today in Alabama as a result.
“Getting knee surgery 2day & missing #RogueOne…but everything happens for a reason,” wrote Ryder on Twitter on Thursday. “I’ll be back…WrestleMania 32 was just the beginning!”
WWE has yet to announce what will happen with the SmackDown Tag-Team Titles and the number one contenders.
