WWE NXT Takeover: New York is just around the corner, with plenty of hype surrounding the five matches which will see some of WWE’s top tier talents take to the ring for what could very well end up being the show of the weekend.
WWE has turned NXT into a constant machine that pumps out incredible talent after incredible talent, to the point that the vast majority of WWE’s main roster is now stacked with people who have spent time working at Full Sail University.
With several major names likely to be moving on from NXT at the upcoming Superstar Shakeup, with the likes of Ricochet, Aleister Black, and possibly Shayna Baszler and more all set to hit Raw and SmackDown Live, a new crop of talent will be required to replace them. With a WWE Performance Center loaded with stars, that shouldn’t be an issue for Triple H, and in this list we will rank five superstars who could be the future of the black and yellow brand.
