Tamil Nadu Cub Awaits Naming Ceremony From State Chief Minister
November 29, 2019
Just like a naming ceremony is organised for a newborn baby, tigers in Tamil Nadu are also given names by the state’s Chief Minister in a special ceremony.
However, a five-month-old, male tiger cub at the Vandalur zoo is waiting for the state’s CM to get free from his busy schedule so that he can be assigned a name.
Times of India reported that the cub has not been able to get an appointment with CM E.K Palaniswami. The cub was abandoned by its mother Uthra a day after its birth in September 2018. Since then the little one is being cared for by the zookeepers only.Click Here: All Blacks Rugby Jersey
