Ryan Seacrest Finally Spilled Some Details About His Wellness Guru Girlfriend

Who needs boyfriend jeans when we’ve got … girlfriend shirts?

In a rather sleepy interview with Jimmy Fallon, Ryan Seacrest opened up about a juicy thing he tends to keep private: his relationship! The media mogul, 43, rekindled his romance with model Shayna Taylor in 2017, and the pair have been going at it ever since, moving in together and now, talking about each other on national television.

Earlier this week, Seacrest discussed spending time between L.A. and New York (he hosts Live with Kelly and Ryan every weekday), and dropped some info on what he and Taylor like to do. The answer? Share clothing. Out of all of the things Seacrest could have addressed (examples include the books they enjoy discussing; the shows they’re watching; we’d even take the type of wine they order from Postmates), he offered this:

“I went back to L.A. last weekend, and I get very few nights off with my girlfriend [Taylor], and I said, ‘Hey, let’s do a date night. I’m going to barbecue,” he said. “I get home, and I look at my closet, and I have a few clothes there.”

Talking about selecting a shirt, he continued, “I pull it out, and I feel it, and I’m like, ‘God, I don’t know why I didn’t bring this to New York. This is great.’ It’s very soft. It’s got a nice dip. So I put it on.”

A nice dip? As in, like, a plunging V-neck? Sure, we’ll go with it.

“I’m so proud of it, and I’m standing by the grill, and I say, ‘Hey babe, what kind of kebab… would you like? She says, ‘Why are you wearing my shirt?’ I was wearing her shirt, and I was actually kind of proud of it. #WhyIShouldBeSingle.”

Seacrest has mostly stayed out of the headlines since last winter, when his former E! News stylist Suzie Hardy alleged that he subjected her to “years of unwanted sexual aggression” in a report by Variety. There was plenty of back-and-forth between his team and hers, but Seacrest essentially moved on unscathed after the network’s investigation found “insufficient evidence” of misconduct. Shortly thereafter, he went on to host the 2018 E! News Oscars red carpet special.

Throughout the process, Taylor stood by his side.
