Roman Reigns Takes Home First Ever ESPY Award for “Best WWE Moment”

For the first time ever, the ESPYS added a sports entertainment category to this year’s awards show for the “Best WWE Moment” of the last year.
While the Big Dog was up against some serious competition, it was ultimately Roman Reigns who won the inaugural ESPY award for his return to Monday Night Raw earlier this year, announcing his in-ring comeback after winning another battle against Leukemia.
Other marquee WWE moments fans could vote for included “The Man” Becky Lynch winning the Raw and Smackdown Women’s Championships at WrestleMania, Kofi Kingston winning his first WWE Championship at WrestleMania, and “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey winning the Raw Women’s Championship at last year’s SummerSlam.
