PSG to have €300m to spend in summer

According to L’Équipe, Ligue 1 side PSG will have an enormous €300m to spend this summer as they will no longer be shackled by the FFP regulations that restricted them for signing over €65m worth of players over the last two summer’s.

This budget will allow them to attempt to become the biggest European football superpower in the world, which has been QSI’s ultimate aim since the project started.

Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo are the club’s two principal targets for this forthcoming transfer window. Money will not be a problem for Les Parisiens in terms of attempting to complete one of these two deals at the end of the season, but convincing Real Madrid and Barcelona to sell, especially if the former is placed under a transfer embargo at that time, is going to be difficult.

If they fail to sign either of these players then they will look to Robert Lewandowski of Bayern Munich, who will not cost more than €100m. His agent recently confirmed discussions with Les Parisiens without closing the door on a possible move…
