Pet fair kicks off in Shanghai

More than 1,600 exhibitors attended the five-day Pet Fair Asia 2019 which kicked off on Wednesday at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

The pet fair, which covers 185,000 square meters, has attracted more than 20,000 brands and over 65,000 professional audiences. The products on show include pet food, clothing, veterinary services and pet care supplies.

The fair is also hosting several conferences for industry players and veterinarians, a forum on pet food and activities such as a pet fashion show and a groomer qualification test.
