Official | Reims sign Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo on loan

Reims have completed the signing of Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo on a season-loan deal.

The 21-year-old has made the loan move for the duration of the 2018/19 campaign upon signing a new five-year contract at Anfield.

The England U-21 international spent last season on loan at Fulham, where the 4 goals from his 22 appearances helped Slavisa Jokanovic’s side earn promotion to the Premier League.

Ojo has also had loan spells in the Football League in previous seasons with Wigan Athletic and Wolves, and he made 8 appearances in Liverpool’s first team in the 2015/16 campaign.

The highly-rated young winger had reportedly been tracked by a number of English Championship sides this summer and could well be in line make his first Ligue 1 appearance at the Stade Auguste Delaune against Montpellier this Saturday.
