Norris heads to Indy’s Speedway for iRacing Challenge!

After his sparkling IndyCar debut at COTA last weekend, Lando Norris will attempt another first in Saturday’s First Responder 175 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Norris, who heads to Indy with Arrow McLaren SP, will figure among the 33 drivers gunning for glory in the sixth and final round of the IndyCar iRacing Challenge.

Norris eager to tackle ‘raw’ IndyCar tracks in the future

The 20-year-old Briton, who dispatched his more experienced rivals last weekend at the Circuit of the Americas despite a spin, will be up against some formidable competition in addition to his own greenness regarding oval racing.

Previous iRacing Challenge winners, Penske’s Simon Pagenaud and Scott McLaughlin, and Dreyer & Reinbold’s Sage Karam will contend for another victory along with, among others, real-life Indy 500 winners Helio Castroneves, Scott Dixon, Alex Rossi, Takuma Sato, Ryan Hunter-Reay and Tony Kanaan.

The First Responder 175 will start at 7:30pm UK time (2:30pm EST – 8:30pmCET) and will be run over 70 laps of the IMS 2.5-mile oval.
