Nirav Modi Asks Staff To Look For Other Jobs, Says He Can’t Pay Salary Due To PNB Scam Probe

As his business in India has taken a massive hit following the revelation of him allegedly defrauding the Punjab National Bankto the tune of Rs 11,300 crores, disgraced diamond businessman Nirav Modi, has written to his employees asking them to look for other opportunities.

Modi, who is believed to be living in Belgium, citing the recent seizure of stocks by ED in raids and freezing of assets and bank accounts of his companies told his staff in an email that the company will not be able to pay them, Hindustan Times reported.
