— Due to Chris Jericho pinning Randy Orton in the Triple Threat Match against the Legend Killer and Batista on Raw, he nabbed the No. 1 contendership for the World Heavyweight Championship. — Tonight on Raw, Kofi Kingston and CM Punk – the World Tag Team Champions – each won opening round matches of the 8-man tournament to determine the No. 1 contender to William Regal’s Intercontinental title.
