Margot Robbie Literally Wore a Dazzling Unicorn to the New York Suicide Squad Premiere

DC Comics character Harley Quinn may not necessarily have an affinity for red carpet fashions, but there’s one thing she does share with Margot Robbie, who portrays the fictional villain in Suicide Squad: Knowing how to make a statement.

On Monday the 26-year-old actress and Hollywood wunderkind stepped onto the Beacon Theatre’s black carpet for the film’s world premiere in New York City and delivered a serious dose of movie star glam with her ensemble.

For the occasion, she slipped into a long-sleeve, floor-length Alexander McQueen sequin and embroidered tulle gown with the image of a unicorn dazzled across the right side and sheer paneling throughout.

No, the otherworldly creature didn’t take over (as is wont to happen on the streets of Batman’s Gotham); however, it did earn Robbie our praise. Robbie completed her look with a sporty, tied-up ‘do and met Quinn’s dark aesthetic with a deep maroon-toned lip.
