Lille have sent OGC Nice a formal letter about Christophe Galtier, copied in the LFP

As reported by RMC Sport, Ligue 1 side Lille have sent OGC Nice a formal letter concerning their conduct with Christophe Galtier, who they appear intent on hiring.

However, Galtier still has another 12 months remaining on his current deal and letter received by the Mediterranean outfit makes clear that LOSC are expecting compensation in order to release their title-winning boss from his existing contractual obligations. 

The LFP have received a copy of this letter and taken note of the situation.

OGC Nice are still expected to be able to announce Galtier as their new manager next week.
