Looking to boost the profile of its next big event, Bellator MMA has “signed” TNA star Kurt Angle. As of right now, it’s simply a promotional deal centered on next weekend’s Bellator 145 event.
Angle is scheduled to appear at the “Bellator MMA Fan Fest” on Thursday, November 5 in the St. Louis area leading into Bellator 145 on Friday, Nov. 5 at the Scottrade Center.
Angle will be joining Ken Shamrock, Kimbo Slice, Tito Ortiz, Royce Gracie, and other MMA stars/legends at Dave & Busters in Maryland Heights, Mo. on Thursday. He is then scheduled to attend the live fight card on Friday.
Included on the Bellator fight card is fellow TNA wrestler Bobby Lashley, who is scheduled to face James Thompson in a Hvt. division fight. Thompson is the last person to defeat Lashley in MMA.
Come see me at #Bellator145 fanfest Thur Nov5 in St Louis, Missouri. Will also be at the fights Fri evening. Some great fights to see!!!!
