Interesting Note On Who WWE Markets As Their Mainstream Stars

According to Dave Meltzer in a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, with WWE campaigning for an Emmy consideration, it has revealed insight into the company’s belief on which of their talent should be marketed to the mainstream media.
Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, The Bella Twins and Ronda Rousey are the ones who attended and thus are the talent that WWE believes to be key stars. It seems to be interesting that Roman Reigns is not included in that group as he has been someone that Vince McMahon considered for years to be the guy to build around.
On a related note, at the upcoming blockbuster Madison Square Garden Event on July 7th, neither Reigns nor Braun Strowman are booked into any of the top three matches on the card.
