Hoialmen, Drazkowski determined to return WSHS wrestling to prominance

Family brought Joe Hoialmen back to Winona — both the one forged by blood and the one forged by sweat.

Hoialmen, a state champion wrestler at Winona Senior High School and national champion at NCAA Division III Augsburg College, returned to town to be with his ailing mother.
