Harris on whistleblower complaint: 'This is a cover-up'

“This is a cover-up,” Harris tweeted Thursday, along with a picture of a highlighted portion of the complaint.

Harris highlighted the section of the nine-page complaint, which was declassified Thursday, that reads, “White House officials told me that they were ‘directed’ by White House lawyers to remove the electronic transcript from the computer system in which such transcripts are typically stored for coordination, finalization, and distribution to Cabinet-level officials.” ADVERTISEMENT

Sanders said it’s “only the tip of an iceberg of corrupt, illegal and immoral behavior by this president,” and Ryan called it “third-rate, banana republic behavior.” Castro said the complaint shows Trump is an “active national security threat.”
