Fernando (Sevilla) questions Thiago Silva & Neymar’s decision to return to Brazil

Speaking to Fox Sports, 32-year-old Brazilian and Sevilla central midfielder Fernando questioned the decision of his compatriots, Thiago Silva and Neymar, to return to Brazil amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

“I totally reject the notion (of returning to Brazil). In my way of thinking, I am more secure here. On top of that, I do not know if Thiago Silva and Neymar can return to Europe, because sooner or later, the Brazil will face this situation. Here, everything is good, in two or three weeks, the number of infected people will begin to diminish.”
