Exhibition to examine crossover between art, science
October 24, 2019
The fast development of AI (artificial intelligence) has given an even greater boost to the convergence of art and science.
An exhibition to open at the National Museum of China will examine this topic by showing more than 120 pieces by artists from across the world. It will run from Nov 2 to 30.
Initiated by Tsinghua University in 2001, the Art and Science International Exhibition and Symposium (TASIES) has held four sessions, opening wide dialogues on harmonious coexistence and in-depth cooperation between art and science, where artists and scientists can work together on an even deeper level for the sustainable development of human society.
