Dragons to Host Alumni and Senior Night on Friday

MOORHEAD, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead wrestling program will host Alumni and Senior Night on Friday when the Dragons host Northern State at 7 p.m. A post-match social will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott in Moorhead, Minn.

There also will be a high school dual between Fargo Davies and Moorhead taking place at the same time. Head coaches Keenan Spiess (Davies) and Skip Toops (Moorhead) are both Dragon wrestling alumni.

It will also be Senior Night for the Dragons as four seniors will be honored prior to the MSUM-Northern dual. Seniors Nader Abdullatif, Blake Bosch, Isaac Novacek and Dan Murakami will be honored that evening.

“We’re looking forward to having Dragon alumni come out for our last home dual,” MSUM head coach Kris Nelson said. “It should be a great dual against a competitive Northern State team that has been ranked as high as seventh in the nation. It also is a great night to honor our four seniors. We’re looking forward to getting together after the dual at the Courtyard by Marriott.”
