Big Update On Ricochet’s Injury Status, Is He Cleared to Compete at NXT Takeover?
As noted, Triple H conducted an NXT Takeover Chicago media call today, and during the call, The Game addressed Ricochet’s injury status.
We reported earlier today, via F4WOnline.com, that Ricochet appeared to suffer some sort of injury at the NXT Paris live event earlier this week, and as a result, he was pulled from his scheduled match at the NXT live event in Antwerp on Tuesday night.
According to Triple H, Ricochet did indeed “tweak something” at the NXT Live event in Paris this week, but the injury is not serious. WWE decided to keep him off the Antwerp show as a precautious, with Takeover only a few days away, and because of the hectic travel schedule this week.

Triple H added Ricochet is fine and will be good to go for his match against Velveteen Dream at Takeover on Saturday night.

OH I forgot. HHH also confirmed Ricochet tweaked something at the NXT Live event in Paris this week but he is NOT injured. They just pulled him as a precaution with Takeover so close, and he’ll be fine for Saturday.
