Amal Clooney’s Latest Outfit Features a Stunning Pop of Color
We’ve been seeing a whole lot of Amal Clooney lately, giving us plenty of opportunities to obsess over her flawless street style. Today, the human rights activist and lawyer stepped out in N.Y.C. in a black pleated dress featuring a white hem, white bell sleeves, and a white Peter Pan collar, plus a pop of color thanks to a bright red ribbon tied into a soft bow underneath the collar.
The natural beauty wore her dark hair down, and accessorized with stud earrings, black sunglasses, a structured black purse, and simple black pumps.
Mrs. Clooney has been in New York for various U.N. meetings and events at the United Nations General Assembly, as she continues on her mission with former ISIS captive Nadia Murad, to take the terrorist organization to court over their human rights violations. Clooney met Murad while on a visit to a refugee camp in Greece and decided to take on her case after hearing her inspiring story.

“I can’t imagine anything worse being done by one human to another,” Clooney said of the terrorist organization’s horrific acts during an interview with NBC’s Cynthia McFadden. “It’s been harrowing to hear girls as young as 11 or 12 talk about what’s happened to them, still we haven’t been able to do anything about it.” Clooney hopes to “expose [ISIS’s] brutality and their corruption .. through trials” and by taking them to court.
