After LSR Girl, Another College Student Becomes Victim Of Semen Balloon Attack, And It Is Downright Disgusting

Harassment of women in the name of tradition and festival of Holiis not a new thing. Things, however, have crossed the limit now as miscreants are throwing balloons filled with semen at girls on the streets of Delhi. Just days after an instagram post of an LSR student about being hit by semen-filled balloons, now yet another similar incident has surfaced from the national capital.

Prashansa Jacob, a student at Delhi’s Jesus and Mary College was on her back from college on a bus when the incident happened.
