John Cena was a major part of a video filmed by the Make-a-Wish foundation for what they call World Wish Day, celebrating the anniversary of the very first “wish” the organization ever granted. This year’s World Wish Day takes place on April 29th culminating in a massive, live wish-granting spectacular featuring high profile stars (likely including Cena) where the group hopes to set a Guinness World Record as the “largest wish-granting nonprofit organization” in the world.
