Announcing the Outside Facebook Travel Group

Here at Outside, we've been writing about travel since 1977. We're always on the lookout for the new destinations that make getting outside such an adventure. It's an obsession, one that we share with many of our readers. 

That's why we created a spot to revel in this communal wanderlust: the Outside Travel Facebook Group. Here you can get the inside scoop on where our editors are visiting, share hard-won travel tips and advice, and be part of a special community where you can get your most pressing travel questions answered. To make this group a reality, we're excited to announce that we've partnered with Chaco. Throughout the group's launch, they'll be chiming in with travel how-tos, packing tips, and giveaways.

At least that's what we have planned at the start. But this group's success depends on you. Tell us what you like—and don't like. Want more destination guides? Need more travel tips?
