Ryan Seacrest’s career has been rocked by sexual misconduct allegations, but his personal life remains steady. Seacrest’s girlfriend Shayna Taylor is sticking by her man amid the scandal.

“I love you so much Ryan. You are the most respectful, well mannered, civil, gracious, loving, kind human being. I have known you for 6 years and every day you impress me with your kindness. Not only to me or your friends and family, but most importantly in your work environment. You have worked SO hard to be where you are and you deserve it,” Taylor wrote on Feb. 28, two days after Seacrest’s former stylist Suzie Hardy’s detailed sexual misconduct allegations went public.

Ahead of Sunday night’s Oscars, the 25-year-old took to Instagram once more to stand by her man. “To a day that should be like any other day—let your goofy, charming spirit shine through. Without you TV would be pointless to watch. The people that know you, and honor you know the truth—and the truth always prevails,” she wrote.

1. She’s a model.

Taylor has been modeling with Wilhelmina Models since November 2013, and her Instagram account is full of photos of both her photo shoots and her travels.

2. She’s a chef.

Seacrest’s girlfriend attended The Art Institute of California and became a chef at the Ritz Carlton in Southern California. She runs an Instagram account called My Bikini Kitchen, where she shares healthy recipes.

3. She’s hosted cooking segments on Live with Kelly and Ryan.

In October 2017, Taylor appeared on her boyfriend’s show, where she demonstrated making banana bread with her own recipe. “Shayna’s special. She’s got it all,” Kelly Ripa said in the segment, to which Seacrest responded, “I know, it’s frustrating.”
