Presnel Kimpembe’s contract situation stalls

PSG central defender Presnel Kimpembe has refused to undergo any more contract extension discussions until he gets a sit down with President Nasser Al Khelaifi, according to L’Équipe.

The 21 year old and his entourage has had multiple meetings with Sporting Director Patrick Kluivert, but collectively the French youth international’s camp have decided that they will not be taking discussions further until they receive a sit down meeting with the Qatari chief.

This situation is potentially embarrassing for the former Dutch footballer, recently installed in the Sporting Director position this summer.
