Alexandre Lacazette: “I will not leave for the sake of leaving.”

Speaking to reporters following Lyon’s victory over Montpellier, Alexandre Lacazette discussed his future.
“I would have liked to do more to be higher in the league. I want to do everything I can to score two more goals next match (would take him to 100 Ligue 1 goals), During this season, I progressed in front of goal and I helped my colleagues better with defensive work. We will see for my future after the final match. One can always see what is going on elsewhere, but I will not leave for the sake of leaving.”
“Will I be at the World Cup? It is not a criteria that will affect any decision I make on my future. I would prefer to think about where I will enjoy myself and my career.”
