#1 Contender’s Gauntlet Match On WWE Smackdown Live, Title Match Set For Raw Next Week, 205 Live Triple Threat

WWE announced three major matches tonight during WWE Raw, the first of which will see Seth Rollins get his Intercontinental Title rematch against Dolph Ziggler on Raw next week.

It was also announced tonight that this week’s WWE Smackdown Live will feature Samoa Joe, Big E, Daniel Bryan, The Miz and Rusev in a Gauntlet match to determine who will face AJ Styles for the WWE Title at Extreme Rules. As we noted earlier tonight, Nia Jax vs Alexa Bliss for the WWE Raw Women’s Title, along with a #1 contender’s multi-man match with Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley, to determine Brock Lesnar’s next title challenger, have been set for WWE Extreme Rules next month.

Finally, it was announced that this week’s WWE 205 Live will be headlined by Hideo Itami vs Buddy Murphy vs Mustafa Ali in a Triple Threat match.
